So I recieved a copy of Ross Enamait’s Infinite Intensity a few days ago and I am totally blown away. I had ordered a copy of his Never. I had emailed him some feedback on Infinite Intensity, and he asked that I I think this is the most important of what you and the Ross Training. Hi Folks, First post on this forum. Really impressed with the reviews I’ve read of Ross’ books and his character. I am about to take the plunge.

This is a guy that practices what he preaches. I would feel more assured if the book didn’t have statements saying that dumbbells are the way to exercise because certain body builders only used dumbbells. Now, while I may be harping on this book, there one thing that really backs it all up. He answers questions, takes advice and doesnt pull any punches. This is an extremely flawed argument though its conclusion may be right and casts doubt on other statements. Every drill, exercise, set and rep has the combat athlete in mind.
He doesn’t make promises about miracle shortcuts, optimal results from minutes per week training programs, or any of the other garbage polluting the fitness industry. I thought ijfinite nutrition chapter in NG was shocking and pretty scarey stuff that opened my eyes on a couples of things I thought I had in the bag milk, organic foods, fish, etc. I like the rossboxing site, so I am tempted to pick up Inf Int. Don’t expect a picture book filled with secret exercises or bogus promises.
Just enough theory to provide understanding, and then its all hands-on training that will propel you to the next level. Yep, I’ll be getting II soon. This manual incorporates the best of both worlds.
He gives alternatives he’s big on organic food to the poisonous products while still being realistic and not fanatical. Includes tips on just about every aspect important to an athlete.

Whereas Infi I’ve boxed on and off since and been an athlete in one way or another my whole life but adding many of Ross Enamaits fitness ideas to my infinitf have helped me take my conditioning to a whole new level. I’ve e-mailed him a few times and he’s always quick to respond. I ran the 50 day program in this book improved my vo2max dramatically, and lost close to 10lbs of fat. The video section is highly recommended.
Lists with This Book. But, chances are if you’re a fighter infiniet be getting plenty of aerobic work through pad drills, shadow boxing et al anyway.
